Piece length: 2' 40"
Scored for: Piano, Violin, Cello

The 'vibrancy' referred to in this piano trio is of twin stars featured in a picture of astrophotography. The energies of the twin stars are reflected in the music's bright rhythmic episodes alongside more legato melodic ones; young performers need to be quick to change from one to the other as the score indicates. At all times the pianist needs to pay close attention to the pedal indications, which give the notes a certain halo of sound or 'vibrancy'.
